Pustakari

Pustakari is a traditional Nepali candy with a rich, caramel-like flavor and dense, chewy texture. Often called the local version of chocolate, it is dark brown, medium-sized, and made by cooking molasses or sugar with ghee, milk solids (khuwa), and peanut or coconut powder.
