Delivery Partner
All orders are delivered in association with Swiss Post, providing reliable delivery services across Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) are usually dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm are dispatched on the next business day.
- Delivery timelines depend on destination and the selected Swiss Post service.
Dispatch may occasionally be delayed to ensure product quality. Customers will be notified by email if this occurs.
DELIVERY FEES
Swiss Post calculates postage based on parcel weight, size, and delivery service.
Our delivery fees are structured according to these weight-based tiers and include handling and packaging.

- No free delivery is offered, regardless of order value.
- Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional surcharge of CHF 9.90, subject to Swiss Post availability.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
- Delivery is made to the main entrance of the delivery address.
- Any request to deliver beyond the main entrance is at the customer’s own risk.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or courier-related issues.
