Mustang Daal (Lentils) is a traditional Nepali pulse grown in the remote, high-altitude Mustang region of Nepal. Cultivated at elevations of approximately 3600 metres above sea level and higher, it grows naturally in Mustang’s dry climate and mineral-rich mountain soil. It has an earthy flavour, a rich texture and is perfect for preparing authentic Nepali daal, soups and curries.
